Good prices on tickets, clean cinema, nice seats but be prepared to wait on queue for refreshments. Last Bank Holiday Monday only one staff member to serve all customers. Wait so long some people left queues. Management clearly doesn't think concessions are profitable, my advise is to visit Sainsbury's for water and treats then buy your tickets from their machines and walk right in.
Good location with close by restaurants for dining before or after the movie. Also other forms of entertainment close by if you want to do soemthing else as well as watching the movie. Polite staff. Comfortable seating, especially if you get the VIP seats. Good quality screen and sound system. Tickets are more expensive then at the premier cinema but not too much. However any food or drinks I feel are overpriced .

Great cinema with good parking. Cheaper than other chains. Busier than other cinemas due to cheaper ticket and food prices. Staff are friendly. Place has a bar and hosts some great events like the Romford Film festival.
Ticket prices is really good but the same can't be said about snacks and drinks, it's overpriced. The screens rooms not always clean but chairs are fairly comfortable. Price it's the only thing that keeps bringing me back.

This is very much a local theatre that is expect to see good am dram productions in. It does have a bar and isn't very big. The seating is lots of foldable chairs which were comfortable enough but didn't make a great view for anyone sitting more than 3 rows back. Production values were good and cast had talent, I just felt it was quite expensive for the product. As a Londoner, I can see much more upscale shows for less. Perfect spot however for locals, just not one to travel far to.
Lovely little theatre! I went to see 'Only Fools & Boycie' by John Challis on 19/10/2017 and had a wonderful evening. Bravo Brookside Theatre :)

Lovely theatre. Staff are friendly and the booster seat cushions they bring out for kids performances are fantastic so my daughter has a great view of the stage no matter where we are seated. So lovely to have such a great theatre near us.
We do the 3 for 2 offer in theatre shows every season. It enables us to see shows we may not necessarily have considered going to. We have had a few shows that we did not enjoy but that could just be down to personal taste. As the performers are well rounded in acting, dance, singing and playing their own instrumental. And for a fraction of West end prices.
